We understand that plans can sometimes change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent policy regarding refunds and cancellations. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds and how we handle cancellations and changes to orders.

1. Booking and Deposit Terms

  • When you book catering services with us, a deposit (usually 30-50% of the total booking cost) is required to confirm the booking. This deposit ensures your event date is reserved.
  • The deposit is non-refundable in cases where the event is canceled by the client after the booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or make changes to your catering order, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations 14 days or more before the event: If you cancel your event at least 14 days before the scheduled date, we will refund the full amount of your deposit minus any non-refundable costs already incurred (such as ingredients purchased or special arrangements made).

  • Cancellations 7–13 days before the event: If you cancel your event within 7–13 days of the scheduled date, we will retain 50% of the deposit paid. A partial refund will be issued for the remaining balance.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event are non-refundable. The full deposit will be forfeited to cover the preparation costs and staffing commitments already made.

3. Changes to Your Order

If you wish to change your order after it has been confirmed (for example, adjusting the number of guests or modifying menu items), please notify us at least 7 days prior to the event. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but please note that adjustments may be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Refunds for Services Not Delivered

In the rare event that we are unable to provide the catering services as agreed (for example, due to a major disruption like equipment failure or staff illness), we will refund the total amount paid for the catering services that were not provided. In such cases, we will also attempt to find a suitable solution, such as rescheduling the event or providing an alternative catering service.

5. Quality Assurance

We take great pride in the quality of the food and services we provide. If, upon delivery or at your event, there are concerns with the quality or accuracy of your order (e.g., incorrect dishes or food not meeting agreed standards), we encourage you to notify our staff immediately. We will review the situation and offer a solution, such as replacing the food or offering a partial refund based on the circumstances.

However, we do not accept refunds or returns for:

  • Dishes that were ordered correctly but were not to the personal taste of the client or guests.
  • Food that was left uneaten due to personal preferences or dietary restrictions that were not communicated at the time of booking.
  • Changes made by the client or their guests after the event has occurred.

6. Refund Process

If you are entitled to a refund under this policy, we will process your refund within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

7. Special Considerations

  • Dietary Requirements: If you or your guests have specific dietary requirements (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, or allergies), please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate these needs. While we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction, we cannot be held responsible for any reactions or adverse events due to undisclosed food allergies or dietary restrictions.

  • Delivery Issues: We strive for timely and accurate delivery. If there are delays caused by external factors (e.g., traffic, weather, or other unforeseen issues), we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible. Refunds for late deliveries will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
